4G Company is a family-owned internet marketing business located in Bentonville, Arkansas. We are the Grahams--the four G's in our company name. Many of the recipes on this site are our own family recipes, or have been collected from friends, inlaws, outlaws and neighbors over the years.

The diet and nutrition information in this site comes from our own personal experience and research. Some of us have to learn things the hard way. It is our hope that by sharing what we've learned, we can help our site visitors avoid some of the harder lessons taught in the school of experience.

We'll soon be upgrading and redesigning this site, and will be adding some unique terra cotta cookware, natural products to help you with diet and nutrition, and other products we hope you'll like.
