Ingredients:
2 pkgs. Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing Mix
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 lb. ground pork sausage
1 lb. Italian sausage
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 cup caraway seeds
1 tsp. Garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup pecans, chopped
2 snack-size boxes raisins
1/2 cups dried cranberries
1/2 tsp. Poultry seasoning
2-1/2 cups chicken or turkey broth
Instructions:
In a large skillet, brown sausage, pork and hamburger; add cooked meat mixture to stuffing mix then add all remaining ingredents; pour in broth and stir until moistened, then stuff turkey and cook according to turkey manufacturer instructions.
