Pork Chop Veggie Bake

Ingredients:

4 Pork Chops
4 medium potatoes, sliced
2 medium onions, sliced
Two 15-ounce cans English peas
Two 15-ounce cans of tomatoes
Instructions:
1. Brown pork chops in large skillet.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. In a 9-1/2x13 baking dish sprayed with no-cook spray, place a layer of potatoes and onions.  Add one can of the peas and one of tomatoes as second "layer". Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.

3. Bake at 350 degrees, F., for 30-45 minutes, depending on thickness of vegetable slices.

4. Remove from oven and place porkchops on top of veggie layers.

5. Bake at 350 for another half an hour, or until pork chops are tender and done through.
