Parmesan Crusted Salmon
Ingredients:
4 Salmon fillets
1/4 Cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 Cup grated parmesan
1/2 Tsp. dill weed
Instructions:
Broil salmon fillets (6 inches from burner) for 2 minutes. Turn and broil another 2 minutes. Mix mayonnaise and lemon juice. Spread 1 Tbsp. mayo/lemon mixture on top of each fillet, sprinkle with parmesan and dill, broil until cheese is lightly browned.
