INGREDIENTS:

1 6-ounce package stuffing mix for chicken
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup dried cranberries
2 tablespoons slivered almonds,
coarsely chopped
3 cups cooked turkey, cut in bite-size pieces
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups frozen green peas, thawed

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package, except substitute the orange juice and water for the liquid.  Add cranberries and almonds to stuffing mix and stir to mix.  Set aside.

2. Combine chicken soup and vegetables.  Spoon into 13x9 inch baking dish sprayed with no-stick spray.  Top with the stuffing mixture.

3. Bake 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Serves 6.
