Cranberry Salad/Dessert
Ingredients:
Two 12-oz. packages fresh Cranberries
1 cup white Sugar
20-oz. can Crushed Pineapple
1 cup finely chopped Pecans
12-oz. tub Whipped Topping
7 ozs. miniature Marshmallows
Instructions:
Coarsely chop cranberries in food processor, using metal blade. Put in a large, non-metal bowl and mix in sugar.  Cover and refrigerate for 12 hours. Add pineapple and nuts, fold in whipped topping and marshmallows.  Refrigerate until ready to serve.
