INGREDIENTS:

1 medium head cauliflower
1 large bunch of broccoli
2 cups mayonnaise or sandwich spread (like Miracle Whip)
2 cups bread crumbs (try one of the packaged, seasoned varieties for a different taste)

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Preheat oven to 350.  Cut cauliflower and broccoli into bite-size pieces.

2. Put the mayo/sandwich spread in a large plastic bag.  Put half the veggies in and shake gently until all are coated.  Remove those and do the other half of the veggies.

3. Put the bread crumbs in another large plastic bag, add the coated veggies in two batches and shake to coat thoroughly.

4. Spread the breaded veggies in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 1 hour.

5.  Skewer veggies on toothpicks and serve with ranch dressing and/or cheddar cheese soup as a dip.
