Ingredients:
1/2 cup Fat-free Ricotta Cheese
1/4 cup Fat-free Sour Cream
2 Tbsp. Orange Juice
1 bag or 10-oz. box Frozen, chopped Spinach
(thawed and squeezed dry)
4 Tbsp. Basil
2 Tbsp. Oregano
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
1/8 Tsp. Ground Nutmeg
Dash of hot pepper sauce
(like Tabasco)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions:
In food processor fitted with steel blade, combine cheese, sour cream and orange juice.  Add spinach, garlic, spices and hot pepper sauce.  Process until smooth, stopping occasionally to scrape down container sides.  Add salt and pepper to taste.  Pour into a medium sized bolw, cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes (overnight is best).

Serve with water crackers and whole grain crackers like Triscuits.


This dip has only 11 calories per teaspoon!
