Ingredients

Shrimp:
2 Tbsp. Lime Juice
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 Tbsp. Minced Garlic
1-1/2 lb. shelled, deveined, raw shrimp or prawns (12 to 16)
4 Wooden skewers for grilling

Dip:
1-1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup cucumber
(peeled and finely chopped)
1 Tbps. minced red onion
1/4 tsp. grated lime peel
Instructions:
Soak skewers in water for 1/2 hour before using.
Combine lemon juice, olive oil and garlic in a plastic bag.  Add prawns and turn to coat.  Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

For sauce, mash minced garlic to a paste with a fork, add salt; combine garlic and all other sauce ingredients in a small bowl and stir to mix.  Cover and refrigerate.

Heat grill, thread shrimp onto wooden skewers and grill, covered, over medium heat or coals for 4-5 minutes, until shrimp turns pink.  Turn once at 3 minutes.  Remove skewers from grill, serve with dip.
