Pea Salad
Ingredients:
12-oz. bag frozen green peas
(thawed)
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup Chow Mein noodles
Instructions:
Combine peas, onion flakes, mayo and cheese in bowl, stir gently to mix.  Refrigerate until served.  Don't add the Chow Mein noodles until just before serving, so they'll stay crunchy.
