Pasta Salad
Ingredients:
1 bag Vegetable Rotini (3-color)
1 medium Tomato, diced
1/2 cup chopped Bell Pepper
1/2 cup chopped Sweet Onion
Small can sliced Black Olives
(drained)
Italian Salad Dressing
1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan Cheese
Instructions:
Boil rotini until tender and drain, rinse in cold water. Mix with chopped vegetables and olives. Add Italian salad dressing to taste, toss to coat. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan. Serve warm or cold.
