Ingredients:
1-1/2 Cups quick-cooking oats
1 Cup "light" margarine, melted
3 Eggs, beaten
1 Tsp. vanilla
1-1/4 Cups maltodextrin sugar substitute
(like Splenda)
1-1/2 Cup Flour
1/2 Tsp. Baking Powder
1 Tsp. Nutmeg
1/2 Cup skim milk
1/4 Cup raisins
1/2 Tsp. salt
1 Tsp. cinnamon
1 Tsp. ground cloves
Instructions:
Combine oatmeal and melted margarine in large bowl, mix well.  Add eggs, flour, baking powder, salt and spices.  Alternate adding milk and dry ingredients to oatmeal mixture. Mix well. Add raisins and set aside for 5 minutes. Drop by teaspoons onto non-stick cookie sheet or one sprayed with no-stick spray and bake at 400° 10-15 minutes.
