Ingredients:
2 Frozen Pie Crusts, thawed
6-7 Med. tart apples
7 Tbsp. flour
3/4 cup Brown Artificial Sweetener
(like Brown Sugar Twin or Brown Splenda)
1 Tsp. Cinnamon
Dash of Nutmeg
Dash of salt
2 Tbsp. butter
8-oz. Carton light sour cream
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°. Pare, core and thinly slice apples.  Combine the rest of the ingredients except the butter and mix with the apples.  Fill one prepared pie crust with the apple mixture.  Dot with butter. Top with second pie crust.  Seal edges and trim off excess.  Cut 2-3 slits in the top crust to vent steam.  Bake 50 minutes, or until apples are tender and crust is golden.  Cool on a wire rack.
