Chocolate Macaroon Cookies
Ingredients:
1 6oz pkg chocolate chips
2 egg whites
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup chopped nuts
2/3 cup shredded coconut
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla

Instructions:
1. Melt chocolate slowly over hot, not boiling water.
2. Beat egg whites until stiff not dry.
3. Add 1/2 cup sugar gradually.
4. Add 1/4 tsp salt and 1 tsp vanilla.
5. Add melted chocolate, that has been slightly cooled.
6. Add 2/3 cup coconut.
7. Drop cookies onto greased cookie sheet.
8. Bake 15 minutes at 350ºF.
