Ingredients:
Layer 1 (Crust):
Combine 2 cups graham cracker crumbs and 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine. Add 2 tsp. sugar. Press into the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan and bake at 350º for 10 minutes. While this cools, mix up Layer 2.
Layer 2:
One 8-oz. package cream cheese, softened.
1/2 Cup (1 stick) butter or margarine
2 Cups powdered sugar
1 Tsp. vanilla
Mix until smooth and pour over crumb mixture in Layer 1.
Layer 3:
20oz. Can crush pineapple, drained
(Sprinkle over Layer 2)
3-4 Sliced bananas, layered over pineapple
Layer 4:
Large (16-oz.) container of whipped topping. Spread over top of previous layers.
Layer 5:
Garnish with maraschino cherries and pecans
