2 lbs. round steak, cut in 6 pieces
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup water
Slow Cookier Baked Steak
Season steak with salt and pepper.  Heat oil in saucepan or skillet and brown steak on both sides.  Place meat in slow cooker.  Add onion, bell pepper, soup and water.  Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours.  (To reduce cooking time, cook on high 1 hour, then set to low and cook another 3-4 hours.)
