Ingredients:
1 lb. Mushrooms
2 Tbsp. Butter
1/2 Cup grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 Cup grated Monterrey jack cheese
1 Cup sour cream
2 Tbsp. flour
Dash of cayenne pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Slice mushrooms and saute´ in butter. Place mushrooms in the bottom of a well-buttered 9" baking dish.  In a saucepan, combine sour cream and flour, salt and pepper to taste.  Simmer until hot, but don't let mixture boil.  Remove from heat, pour over mushrooms, top with cheeses, sprinkle with cayenne.  Bake at 325º for 15 minutes.
