Ingredients:
1 med. head Cabbage, chopped
1 medium Onion, chopped
3-4 carrots, shredded
Dash of pepper
1 pint Half and Half
2 cups Cracker Crumbs
4 Tbsp. Butter
Instructions:
Layer chopped cabbage, onion, carrot and cracker crumbs.  Continue to layer until ingredients are all used, ending with cracker crumbs.  Pour Half and Half over all, dot with butter.  Bake in 325º oven until cabbage and onions are tender.  (Do not add salt--it may curdle the Half and Half).
