Shrims and Chicken Alfredo
Ingredients:
1.5 lb. Cubed chicken
1 small bag shrimp, c;eamed
1 large can stewed tomatoes with basil
2 pkgs Alfredo sauce mix, made
according to pkg. directions
1 pkg. Garlic and herb sauce made
according to pkg. directions
1/2 yellow pepper
1 lb. Asparagus, chopped
1 pkg. Egg noodles
Instructions:
In a large pot, bring water to boil and cook egg noodles.
In a wok with 2 Tbsp oil, fry chicken 3 minutes. Add asparagus and pepper , cook another 2 minutes. Add stewed tomatoes and shrimp, stir in sauces and cook, stirring constantly until sauce thickens, and shrimp is pink (about 5 minutes). Pour over egg noodles and serve.
